Welcome to WACASHWI
Estimated Reading Time: 4 Minutes
Congratulations on starting your journey to conquer your fear demons, increase your authentic empathy and reduce your stress.
How will it feel when you reduce the stress in your life? How will your life change when you conquer the fears that have been holding you back? How will you feel when others understand you better? How will you feel when others show you authentic empathy rather than pity? How much better about yourself will you feel when you increase your level of authentic empathy for yourself? How will your relationships improve when you increase your level of authentic empathy for others?
These things and many more positive, life-impacting events are waiting for you on your journey through the WACASHWI method. A methodology I developed based on the past 30+ years of real-world triumph, tragedy, pain, and elation, that will change your life by helping you accomplish three specific things.
Before we get started, I admit it, this post sounds teachy and dry. Starting tomorrow, you will see and read engaging stories about the real-world effects of the topic of the day. The goal for today is to honor your time and set-the-table for what is to come. Trust the process. You will be happy you did. Now, onto the three things you will accomplish throughout this process.
First, you will elevate your authentic empathy towards yourself and others (and watch others have the same for you) by gaining a better understanding of yourself and others.
Second, you will conquer the demons of fear with real-world tools, strategies, and actions.
Third, you will reduce your stress by making the shift from time-management (a myth) to life-aligned choice management (the reality of how success is created.)
To accomplish these things, we will take a three-phase approach.
The first phase is focused on the building a great foundation for your journey. To start, you will level-up your authentic empathy by gaining a better understanding of both you and the people around you. Each post will focus on a specific topic or technique that, once understood, helps to build healthier and stronger relationships though attaining an increased level of authentic empathy towards ourselves and others. For example, one of the techniques you will be reading about I used to successfully fix a relationship that had been broken for over 20 years. Then, you will move onto conquering the demons of fear. One of the techniques you will be reading about I used to conquer a fear that I have had since I was a child. All the posts will focus on ways to heighten your awareness to why you feel the fears you feel and how to overcome them.
The second phase will be focused on a deeper level of understanding of how specific topics relate to fear, authentic empathy, and the WACASHWI methodology. We will also cover the techniques utilized to overcome the challenges the topics present. One of the techniques you will be reading about helped me overcome a character flaw that I have had for over 40 years. The posts contain real world examples, thought exercises, journaling exercises and other actionable tasks that will elevate your life and reduce your stress. They lay the groundwork and give you the greatest chance of success when it comes to implementing the core of the WACASHWI methodology – the WCSW system – which we introduce in the third phase.
The third phase will focus on the core of the WACASHWI methodology. At its core, this methodology empowers you to get crystal clear on what you Want to accomplish, determine what you Can reasonably expect to do with your current knowledge, skills, and finances, decide what you feel you Should be doing based on your current and future goals, and get crystal clear on the things you Will do. To do this, you will be using the WCSW system. A step-by-step process of asking the right questions to make life-aligned choices that will save you time, money, stress, and frustration.
Spoiler alert: when you want to do something and determine you cannot reasonably expect to do it with your current knowledge, skills, and finances, you will decide if it is something you have a burning desire to do and why and then, if that burning desire exists, add in a task to gain the knowledge, skill, or finances necessary. Making this an active decision rather than just doing it to prove you can, will make a big positive impact in your life.
As you implement this methodology, you will answer deep, specific questions while uncovering honest answers and unlocking your personalized life-aligned choices. This methodology will elevate your actions to accomplish your true desires and things you have always dreamed of accomplishing. I developed this process based on a lifetime of both positive and negative experiences and the study of what empowers some people to achieve things others do not.
Throughout this journey, you will get real-world examples from my life and the lives of others. You will hear about things that have worked and things that have not worked. One of the things that changed my life was when I discovered that we could learn something from both things that work and things that do not work. Some of the stores are raw. Some are painful. Some are happy. Some are uplifting. Allow my mistakes to help you in your pursuit of a life that is less stressful, more courageous and filled with authentic empathy.
I will be publishing posts daily. The best way to ensure you do not miss a thing is to subscribe to my email list. Until you are comfortable doing that, you can find the posts, excerpts, and links on my website, my Facebook Page, my LinkedIn profile, my Twitter timeline, with the Featured Image Quote being posted to Instagram.
As you combine reducing both stress and fear with increasing authentic empathy for yourself and others, you will live a more peaceful, balanced, and happy life.
