The journal system designed to simplify and track the tasks you need to do as an IT Project and/or Program Manager that don’t show up on your project plan (and some that do.) This system was created by an IT Project Manager in the real-world trenches of Corporate America. The system was successfully used to bring order to the everyday chaos that is a project managers life. It brought me peace of mind in knowing exactly what was going on, what needed focus and attention and how many tasks were being accomplished.
